Vehicle Category not Covered: Truck and Bus, Industrial, Agricultural, Motorcycles
Conditions
- Invoice with DOT number.
- Warranty to be entertained at Tyrexpert (Port Louis and Phoenix) only.
- Tyres should not be at wear limit of 1.6mm.
- Customer will have to pay for fitment and wheel balancing of replacement tyre.
- The exact same tyre (Size, Pattern and Brand) will be replaced otherwise a replacement tyre will be recommended as an approved alternative.
- A tyre is eligible for only 1 replacement during the warranty period.
Exclusions
- Repairable punctures (To charge mounting and balancing fees).
- Warranty will not be entertained in case of wheel alignment and suspension issues.
- Warranty will not be entertained in case of collision, fire, willful abuse and continued use while the tyre is flat or under inflated.
- Warranty will not be entertained in case of wrongly mounted or demounted tyres.
